It started with a conversation fifteen years in the making. Gabe and Evan had been friends long before they were business partners, swapping ideas over the years about what a construction company could look like if it were built the right way from day one. Gabe grew up around the trade; his family's been building for four generations, and he wanted to bring that same hands-on standard to something of his own. Evan brought a different lens, shaped by his own background in real estate and construction, and together they saw a chance to build a company where communication isn't an afterthought and the client is never left wondering what's next. What started as a shared idea between two friends is now Rives & Walker Builders, built on the belief that good work and good communication shouldn't be rare.
